Once we have finalized your order items, an invoice will be generated and sent to you within 48 hours!

If you decide to place your order, a 50% deposit will be required to book your time and delivery date! The usual turnaround time is 2-3 weeks depending on the ask.

What is your turnaround time for wedding stationery?
Turnaround time varies depending on the size of the project. Please send a custom quote inquiry and I can give you a better estimate.

Why do you request for a 50% deposit?
The deposit will be used to purchase the necessary tools and supplies needed in order to fulfill your order. Please book ahead especially if you’re having your wedding during the peak seasons (Summer) to ensure that there will be sufficient time to complete your wedding projects!

How do I make payment?
Payments are accepted via e-transfer or PayPal.

Which areas do you serve?
I’m located in Burnaby, BC, Canada so currently orders for signages are limited to the Greater Vancouver Area.

How do I get my completed projects?
Pickup is available if we meet up in Burnaby, BC at no additional cost. If delivery is required, there will be an additional cost.

Do you provide rentals?
Yes, easel rentals are available upon request.
